Ths is a game developed for the SEGA console in 1992, and runs on an emulator of the videoconsole. It took me a while to figure out how to start the game, and select the options.
It uses the SHIFT key. The game is exactly a look of early 90's video games.
Controls:

-[Spacebar] Accelerate
